    Are you interested in dabbling in yoga but a little too nervous or busy to go to a public class? I will guide you through an introduction to yoga including basic asana, sun salutations, pranayama (breath work), meditation, and mindfulness. You will build your confidence and be on your way to finding your new love of yoga.
